Yongxiang Xia received his B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronic Engineering in 1998 and 2004, respectively, both from Tsinghua University, China. From 2004 to 2006 he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. After that, he worked in the Australian National University as a Research Fellow. He joined Zhejiang University in 2010 and currently is an Associate Professor. Dr. Xia’s current research is in the area of network science and its application in engineering networks, where he has published more than 40 papers. He is a senior member of IEEE, a member of IEEE Technical Committee on Nonlinear Circuits and Systems, an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-II: Express Briefs, and an Editorial Board member of Scientific Reports.
